Watch-Only Service

Ghost Ledger is a read-only portfolio tracker. It does not execute trades, hold custody of any assets, or access private keys or seed phrases.

License

By using Ghost Ledger, you receive a non-transferable right to use the application for personal or business purposes.

Restrictions

Reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the application is prohibited.

Support & Updates

All paid plans include access to support and product updates for the duration of the active subscription.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate these terms. Upon termination, paid features will be revoked; any holdings stored on your device remain unaffected.

Subscriptions & Billing

Ghost Ledger offers a paid subscription with the following terms:

• Pricing: €3.99/month or €29.99/year (or as displayed in the store at the time of purchase).
• 7-day free trial. The first charge occurs at the end of the trial period unless the subscription is cancelled beforehand.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid renewal.
• Billing is processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS). We do not store payment details.
• Cancellation is managed in your store account settings: Google Play subscriptions · Apple subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled according to the store's policies (Google Play / Apple). Refund eligibility is at the platform's discretion.

All price data, portfolio values and charts shown in Ghost Ledger are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Liability & Data Accuracy

Price and market data is sourced from third-party APIs (e.g. CoinGecko). We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness or availability of this data. Ghost Ledger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ghost Ledger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Paphos, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
